My Christmas card for 2008, for anyone here who's not on my list (which is probably pretty much everyone). I decided this year to do it two-up on a standard 8.5 x 11 sheet, folded, so what you see here is the full wraparound.
I wasn't entirely happy with how the colors came out in the printed version, but Kathryn told me I was just being fussy and that it looked great.
And, for the record, she's not standing around in the snow barefooted. However, if you came by the house on any given day, this is probably how we'd be dressed. Yes, she does fancy turtlenecks, jeans, and no shoes. Me, I always wear my wooley socks or slippers!
Oh, and I didn't draw the tree. In retrospect, I probably should have, but I really liked the way this one looked!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
